PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a osteomineral product for use in the restoration of a combined defect of the cartilage and bone in the bone of a joint.;SOLUTION: This osteomineral product contains the porous osteomineral particles which have substantially the same crystalline structure as that of the natural bones, do not substantially include all of endogeneous organic materials and are derived from the natural bones. These particles have reabsorbable and physiologically adaptable collagen II fibers.
