55例上颌前牙桩（核）冠失败原因分析

摘要

目的：探讨上颌前牙桩（核）冠失败的原因和预防方法。方法收集临床上55例上颌前牙失败病例，并对其进行分析。结果桩冠常见的失败类型有根折、桩核冠脱落、桩脱落、桩折。失败率分别为25.5%、16.4%、49.1%、9.0%。结论桩核冠是一个复杂的治疗手段，要从失败原因找到预防的措施，延长桩冠的使用寿命。%Objective To study the cause of the failure and preventive method about the post crown in maxillary anterior teeth.Methods Collected 55 cases of failure maxillary anterior teeth and analyzed.Results The common failure types were root fracture, post (core) crown off, post crown off, post fracture. Failure rate were 25.5%, 16.4%, 49.1%, 9.0%. Conclusion Post (core) crown is a complex treatment, we must find prevention measures from failure reason, prolong the service life of post crown.
