醋酸钙与高通量透析联合治疗尿毒症患者高磷血症的临床观察

Objective To analyze calcium acetate joint high-throughput clinical effect in patients with uremia hyperphosphatemia dialysis. Methods 54 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups (calcium acetate combined with high-flux dialysis treatment) and control group (calcium carbonate combined with high-flux dialysis). Results After treatment, the observation group than the control group phosphorus levels, hypercalcemia was lower than the control group, a significant difference data (P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium acetate joint high-flux dialysis clinical effect in patients with uremia hyperphosphatemia significant.%目的：分析醋酸钙联合高通量透析治疗尿毒症患者高磷血症的临床效果。方法收集维持性血液透析患者54例，随机分为观察组（醋酸钙联合高通量透析治疗）与对照组（碳酸钙联合高通量透析治疗）。结果治疗后，观察组血磷水平低于对照组，高钙血症发生率低于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论醋酸钙联合高通量透析治疗尿毒症患者高磷血症的临床效果显著。
