护理干预对老年高血压合并脑卒中患者治疗效果的影响

摘要

目的：探索个性化护理干预应用于老年高血压合并脑卒中的效果。方法选取我院心血管内科收治的85例老年高血压合并脑卒中患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，给予对照组常规护理方法，观察组个性化护理干预，对比分析护理效果。结果观察组护理后的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组，且护理满意度97%，高于对照组的86.67%，P＜0.05。结论个性化护理干预在老年高血压合并脑卒中中应用价值显著，有助于控制病情，提高护理满意度。%Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients with stroke.Methods Selected 85 cases admitted in our hospital cardiovascular internal medicine in elderly patients with hypertension combined stroke as the research object, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, give the control group patients with routine nursing methods, give personalized nursing intervention group patients, contrast analysis the nursing effect of two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure after the observation group care, diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group, and nursing satisfaction 97% higher than the 86.67%,P<0.05.Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients with stroke with obvious application value, to control the disease, improve nursing satisfaction.
