介入栓塞术治疗门脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张出血的临床效果评价

摘要

目的：对介入栓塞术用于门脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张出血中的疗效进行探究。方法回顾性分析84例门脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者的临床资料，并分为观察组（行介入栓塞术）与对照组（行外科手术），每组43例，对两组患者治疗后的总有效率进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率90.48%，高于对照组的73.81%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对门脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者以介入栓塞术治疗可取得较佳疗效。%Objective To explore the effect of interventional embolization for portal hypertension bleeding esophageal varices. Methods A retrospective analyzed 84 cases with portal hypertension bleeding esophageal varices clinical data, which were divided into two groups(interventional embolization)and control group(surgically),each group had 43 cases,two groups of patients the total effciency of the after treatment were compared.Results The total effciency of the observation group after treatment was 90.48%, higher than the control group 73.81%, P<0.05, was difference statistically significance.Conclusion For portal hypertension in patients with esophageal varices hemorrhage interventional embolization can achieve a better effect.
