探讨不同化疗药物联合全脑放疗治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different chemotherapy drugs combined with whole brain radiotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer with brain metastasis.Methods 90 cases of lung cancer patients with brain metastases were treated in our hospital. A group of 30 cases, in accordance with whole brain radiotherapy for treatment, group B of 30 cases, in the whole brain radiotherapy combined with carmustine, and group C of 30 cases in on the basis of whole brain radiotherapy combined with temozolomide, compared the therapeutic effect. Results The comparison among groups showed that the total effective rate of B and C two groups was higher than that of A group (P<0.05), but the comparison between B and C group wasP>0.05. And there was no signiifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05) in the B and C. Conclusion The combination of different chemotherapy drugs on the basis of whole brain radiotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨不同化疗药物联合全脑放疗治疗肺癌脑转移的临床效果。方法我院收治90例肺癌脑转移患者，根据治疗方法差异分组。A组30例，按照全脑放疗法进行治疗；B组30例，在全脑放疗基础上联合卡莫司汀；C组30例，在全脑放疗基础上联合替莫唑胺，对比治疗效果。结果组间比较可知，B、C两组治疗总有效率高于A组（P＜0.05），但B、C组间比较P＞0.05。且B、C两组患者在不良反应发生率上比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在全脑放疗基础上联合不同化疗药物进行治疗可提高疗效。
