目的：比较微创引流术与开颅术式在治疗脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿患者中的治疗效果。方法对80例脑外伤硬膜外血肿患者进行分组，观察组与对照组均40例。对照组患者按照传统开颅术进行治疗；观察组患者按照微创引流术进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者手术均顺利进行，比较而言，观察组具有住院时间短、并发症发生率低等优势，与对照组比较P＜0.05。结论微创引流术治疗脑外伤硬脑膜外血肿中应用效果显著，临床优势明显。%Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive drainage and craniotomy in the treatment of traumatic epidural hematoma in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods 80 cases of traumatic epidural hematoma patients were divided into observation group and control group were 40 cases. Patients in the control group were treated according to the traditional craniotomy, the observation group was treated with minimally invasive drainage, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients were successfully carried out, compared with the observation group with short hospitalization time, low incidence of complications, compared with the control groupP<0.05. Conclusion Minimally invasive drainage in the treatment of traumatic epidural hematoma in patients with signiifcant effect, obvious clinical advantages.
