住院药房全自动片剂摆药机的应用分析

摘要

Objective To explore the application of automatic tablet dispensing machine in hospital pharmacy, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of automatic dispensing machine. Methods Collect information of the pharmacy and observe the errors that occurred during the application of the fully automatic dispenser. Results The error comes mainly from the machine itself, man-made reasons and installation. Conclusion The root causes for the management, can effectively reduce the pendulum machine error reasons.%目的探讨住院药房全自动片剂摆药机的使用情况，为临床合理应用全自动摆药机提供参考。方法收集药房资料，观察全自动摆药机在应用期间易出现差错。结果差错主要来源于机器本身、人为原因及安装方面。结论针对根本原因进行管理，可有效降低摆药机发生差错的原因。
