近5年医学生对医学教学方法的调查报告--以广州中医药大学为例

         

摘要

Objective Exploring the advantages and disadvantages of various teaching methods in medical teaching, to further improve the education of medical students. Methods By means of doing questionnaire surveys on the students graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in recent ifve years. Results Most respondents were unsatisifed with the existing educational mode, prefer to PBL, CBL and other news. Conclusion It’s necessary for Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine to change the teaching mode, however, it still faces dififculties, especially for changing the concepts of teaching mode, adjusting the course scheduling, adapting themselves to the new teaching mode of teaching management standard, increasing the teacher resources, carrying out the new teaching model of training courses for teachers, ensuring the quality of teachers should be occupied in the position.%目的:探讨各种教学方法在医学教学方面的优劣,使医学生的教育进一步提升。方法通过对广州中医药大学近5年毕业的学生进行问卷调查。结果大多数受访者对现有教育模式不满,希望向PBL、CBL等新型教育模式转变。结论广州中医药大学的医学教育具有向新型教学模式转变的必要性,同时也面临着现阶段转变教育模式所面临的困难,其中转变教学模式观念、调整课程课时安排、完善与新型教学模式相适应的教学管理规范、增加教师资源,开展针对教师新型教学模式的培训课程,保证师资质量居重要地位。
