根据荧光假单胞菌在紫外光照射下发荧光的性质,从不同植物根部土壤中分离到12株疑似荧光假单胞菌株.再以基于假单胞菌属基因gshB而设计的保守引物进行PCR,有3株菌PCR呈阳性.比较这3株菌的谷胱甘肤(GSH)产量,得到1株高产谷胱甘肽菌株,命名为BJYG12.通过生理生化鉴定和16 S rDNA同源性比较,将其鉴定为Pseudomonas sp.,归属荧光假单胞菌组.%According to the characteristics of eradiating fluorescent of Pseudomonas fluorescens under ultraviolet light,12 suspected Pseudomonas spp.strains are isolated from soil of different plant roots.Then PCR is carried out with the primers based on the conserved sequence of gshB gene from Pseudomonas spp.,and 3 strains are positive in PCR.A strain with the highest yield of glutathione is screened,and named BJYG12.According to the results of physiology and biochemistry characteristics and the 16 S rDNA analysis,strain BJYG12 is identified as Pseudomonas sp.,and belongs to Pseudomonas fluorescens group.
