响应曲面法尼泊金甲酯合成工艺改进

摘要

Nipagin methyl ester is synthesized by hydroxybenzoic acid and methanol under the catalytic reaction of ionic liquid [Hmim]+BF4-.Response surface methodology is used to optimize the reaction conditions,the best process of methylparaben synthesis is as follows:the molar ratio of methanol and hydroxybenzoic acid is 3.25,the dosage of ionic liquid is 1.4 mL (take p-hydroxybenzoic acid of 0.1 mol as basis),the reaction time is 4 h,the reaction temperature is 45 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,the yield is 90.64％.%文章以对羟基苯甲酸和甲醇在离子液体[Hmim]+ BF4-催化下反应得到尼泊金甲酯.通过响应曲面法优化了反应的条件,得到尼泊金甲酯合成的最佳工艺:醇与酸的摩尔比为3.25,离子液体投加量为1.4 mL(以对羟基苯甲酸为0.1 mol为准),反应时间为4h,反应温度为45℃,在此最佳条件下,产率可达90.64％.
