采用超声波辅助方法,研究了超声波功率、超声时间、料液比对芝麻油提取的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,进行正交试验,结果表明:各因素对水代法提取芝麻油影响次序为:超声功率>料液比>超声时间;最佳提取工艺参数为:超声功率600 W,料液比0.8(mL/g)的条件下,提取15 min,提取率可达88.28%.%The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio on the ultrasonic extraction of sesame oil are investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment,the optimal conditions are established by the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the importance sequence of factors is:ultrasonic power>solid-liquid ratio>ultrasonic time.The optimal conditions are:ultrasonic power of 600 W,solid-liquid ratio of 0.8(mL/g) and extraction time of 15 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate is up to 88.28%.
