不同产地花椒中铁、铜、锰微量元素的测定

摘要

Obj ective:Determine the content of three kinds of trace elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn in Chinese prickly ash of different regions.Methods:Using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4+1 )wet decomposition samples,flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).Results:In four kinds of Chinese prickly ash,there are differences among the content of three kinds of trace elements,that is Fe>Mn>Cu,RSDMn>Cu,RSD<8.7%,回收率在93.6%~108.0%。结论：花椒中微量元素含量存在差别,可为进一步探讨花椒的药用价值提供与上述微量元素的关系参考。
