草果精油功能性研究进展

摘要

In accordance with active functions of essential oils in Tsaoko Amomum Fruit in the fields of food processing,health & medicine and ecological agriculture,summarize some specific application examples of essential oils in Tsaoko Amomum Fruit in different fields;elaborate the multi-functional characteristics of essential oils.And according to the characteristics of the essential oils, some suggestions are proposed for its further research.%针对草果精油在食品加工、医药卫生及生态农业等领域具备潜在的活性功能，通过总结草果精油在各领域的具体应用实例，阐明草果精油的多功能特性是其具有较高的研究价值和开发前景的根源。另外，针对草果精油的特性，对其进一步的研究方向也提出了一点建议。
