香茅精油的超声辅助提取及成分分析

         

摘要

结合超声辅助技术采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香茅精油,考察了料液比、NaCl浓度、提取时间对精油得率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化.最后,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对香茅精油的化学成分进行分析鉴定.结果表明:在超声功率为420 W、超声时间为30 min的前提下,料液比为1∶20、NaCl用量为10%的条件下,提取时间180 min,香茅精油得率最高,为2.8%.GC-MS技术检测出香茅精油共含45种化学成分,其中相对含量最高的是香茅醛,其次是香叶醇、香茅醇.%Combining with ultrasonic assisted technology, citronella oil is extracted by steam distillation.The effects of material liquid ratio, NaCl concentration and extraction time on the yield of essential oil are investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment, the extraction process is optimized by orthogonal experiment.Finally, the chemical constituents of citronella essential oil are analyzed and identified by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results show that when the solid-liquid radio is 1∶20, the amount of NaCl is 10%, the extraction time is 180 min, the yield of citronella essential oil is 2.8%, under the premise of ultrasonic power is 420 W, the ultrasonic time is 30 min.Citronella oil contains 45 kinds of chemical composition by GC-MS detection technology, in which the highest relative content is citronellal, followed by geraniol, citronellol.
