公众风险感知与煤化工企业外部风险沟通模式优化∗

摘要

From the perspective of the social public risk perception,investigating and analy-zing some problems of the enterprise risk communication,puts forward strategies and methods such as chemical enterprise external risk communication optimization strategy,in order to pro-mote the risk communication between the various stakeholders,eventually realize the sustainable development of coal chemical industry enterprises.%应用风险社会理念下风险沟通的基本理念和原则，结合煤化工项目特点，从社会公众风险感知的视角，调查分析了企业风险沟通存在的一些问题，从沟通理念、流程制度、策略方法等方面提出了煤化工企业外部风险沟通模式优化建议，以促进各利益相关者之间的风险沟通，最终实现煤化工企业的可持续发展。
