Applied several effective ways to tapping potential and optimizing energy allocation of the PVC process units. By modifying initiator system, utilities system, stripping tower spray system, polymerizer mixing system, we obviously reduced the consumption of water, electric, steamand additives in PVC production.%通过对PVC生产装置的节能挖潜改造和能源优化配置，实施引发剂系统改造、公用工程系统改造、汽提塔喷淋系统改造和聚合釜搅拌系统改造，降低了PVC生产的水、电、汽和助剂的单耗。
