冬季不同饲喂方式对大别山黄牛养殖效益的影响比较

【Objective】The study was to compare the cultivation benefits of Dabieshan cattle by modern and traditional feeding ways in winter.【Method】The cattle was randomly divided into two groups,namely groupⅠand Ⅱ,each group had 10 cattle.The test period was 45 days.GroupⅠwas fed the straw,and groupⅡwas fed the extensive mixed diet.The average daily weight gain,daily feed intake and water intake were measured.At the end of the experiment,three individuals（2♂and 1♀） were chosen from each group to measure the slaughter performance and calculate the slaughter rate,net meat rate,ratio of high grade meat and quality meat,feed consumption and breeding benefit of each groups.【Result】The result showed that groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠin the average daily gain,daily feed intake,pre slaughter live weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate and breeding benefit of（P0.05 or P0.01）.But there were no difference between the two groups in average water intake and the ratio of high grade meat and quality meat.【Conclusion】It indicated that the cultivation benefit of Dabieshan cattle could be improved by adopting scientific fattening way.%[目的]为了研究不同肉牛饲喂方式对大别山黄牛的冬季养殖效益的影响。[方法]试验牛分成两组,分别为试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组,每组10头,公母随机。Ⅰ组饲喂干稻草,Ⅱ组饲喂精粗混合日粮。测定两组试验牛的平均日增重、日采食量和饮水量。试验期末,每组选择3头（2公1母）试验牛进行屠宰测定,计算屠宰率、净肉率、高档肉块比和优质肉块比。计算各组的耗料量和养殖效益。[结果]表明：试验Ⅱ组的平均采食量、平均日增重、宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率和养殖效益比Ⅰ组提高,差异显著或极显著（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,但平均饮水量、高档肉块比和优质肉块比无显著差异。[结论]采取科学育肥方法饲喂大别山黄牛可提高效益,增加经济收入。
