Objective]This study provided scientific information for improving the production perform-ance of grazing Xinjiang brown cattle,by targeted supplementing feeding on grazing Xinjiang brown cattle. [Method]Three groups would be randomly set up,thus each contained 10 Xinjiang brown cattle of about 12-14 month age.Two experimental groups would be fed basic ration and in addition,and nutritional supplements would be added whereas the control group would only be fed basic ration.The body weight of the all the cattle would be measured and blood samples would be taken at the last day of the experiment. [Result]The results of the experiment suggested that under grazing conditions,nutritional supplements increased the daily weight gain and the body weight of the cattle after 60 days of feeding.As compared to the control group,the experimental group showed improved terminal weight and absolute daily gain(P <0. 05).The increase in daily weight gain of the experimental groups was highly significant(P <0.01).There was positive correlation between supplementation and total protein level and serum albumin level(P <0. 05).The differences between the groups in triglyceride level,calcium and phosphorus levels were signifi-cantly(P <0.05).All other index changes were insignificant(P >0.05).It could be concluded that supple-mentation increases the daily weight gain and increases serum protein levels of Xinjiang brown cattle.Un-der grazing conditions,supplementing the cattle served as a efficient mean of fattening and weight gain.%[目的]通过对放牧新疆褐牛进行针对性的补饲,为放牧状态的新疆褐牛提高其生产性能提供科学依据。[方法]选取12~14月龄新疆褐牛30头,随机分为3组,试验组补饲基础日粮和在基础日粮中添加营养调控剂,第3组为放牧对照组。测定其试验前后体重,在试验最后1 d,采集血液样本。[结果]在放牧条件下,补饲显著提高了放牧新疆褐牛在饲喂第60 d 时的体重、日增重,与放牧组相比,试验组显著增加末重和绝对日增重(P <0.05),营养添加剂组极显著增加日增重(P <0.01),营养添加剂组相对于放牧组多增重54.55%,基础日粮组显著增加日增重(P <0.05),基础日粮组相对于放牧组多增重44.32%,营养添加剂组相对基础日粮组多增重7.09%。试验组总蛋白、白蛋白与放牧组差异显著(P <0.05),试验组甘油三酯与基础料组差异显著(P <0.05)；试验组和基础料组钙均与放牧组差异显著(P <0.05),试验组磷与基础料组和放牧组均差异显著(P <0.05)。其他指标差异不显著(P >0.05)。[结论]补饲增加新疆褐牛日增重；可以提高血清中蛋白的水平；补饲明显增加新疆褐牛的育肥效果,可以推广应用。
