西南地区至上海的集装箱多式联运低碳优化--基于模糊、灰色和物元空间决策

         

摘要

The construction of Shanghai international shipping center is closely related with the hinterland supply and demand. The authors analyze the feasible multimodal transport of container cargoes from southwest to Shanghai and choose the optimized mode of transportation by adopting qualitative SWOT analysis and quantitative FHW decision based on low-carbon economy. The authors also put forward that the multimodal transport is still in the primary stage in China,which should be improved from the following aspects:first,establishing the multimodal transport center;second,providing the service of regular train;third,establishing the EDI network platform;fourth,developing the two-layer container transportation;and fifth, carrying out reform in railway freight transport and improving the competitiveness of that.%上海国际航运中心建设与腹地货源密切相关。本文分析了西南地区集装箱货物运往上海几种可行的多式联运路径,并基于低碳经济视角,从定性态势分析(SWOT)和定量模糊、灰色和物元空间的角度选择了最佳运输方式,即铁水联运。多式联运在我国尚处于发展初期,集装箱多式联运仍然采用分段运输模式,因此应进行以下几方面的改进:第一,建立点线结合的海铁联运中心;第二,开设定点班列服务;第三,建立电子数据交换网络平台;第四,发展双层集装箱运输;第五,借力铁路货运改革,提高铁路在大宗货物运输方面的竞争力。
