新经济背景下川酒企业数字化转型研究

     

摘要

In the new economy era, SichuanBaijiu (Chinese liquor) enterprises are now facing lots of different challenges. Only by grasping the economic characteristics of digitalization, intelligence and innovation, starting and deploying the digital transformation, using information technology to upgrade their own manufacturing level, and transforming to intelligent manufacturing, Sichuan Baijiu enterprises can achieve a leap forward development. Based on the analysis of the development problems faced by Sichuan Baijiu enterprises, the need of digital transformation was put forward, and the approaches of digital transformation were explored from the following three aspects: intelligent fermentation, intelligent packaging, and automotive & intelligent facilities.%新经济时代,川酒企业正面临发展的拐点,只有抓住新经济所具有的数字经济、智能经济和创新型经济的特征,进行数字化转型,利用信息技术提升自身的制造水平,向智能制造转变,川酒企业才能实现跃进式发展.该研究在分析了川酒企业面临的发展问题的基础上,提出了川酒企业进行数字化转型的必要性,并从智能酿造、智能包装和设备设施的自动化三个方面探索了川酒企业数字化转型的路径.
