Stallion semen cryopreservation is a technology which adds cryoprotectants in semen, then a series of processing and stores in ultra-low temperature(liquid nitrogen or dry ice). In recent years, as the frozen semen gradually applied in many countries on horse breeding, dramatic progress has been made on the cryopreservation technology. This article reviews stallion semen cryopreservation of semen dilution, centrifugation, dilution again, cooling balance, packing, frozen and stored in liquid nitrogen. It designed to help stallion semen cryopreservation for further research and provide a reference in order to promote healthy and sustainable development of our modern equine industry.%马精液冷冻保存是一种将种公马精液加入抗冻保护剂,再进行一系列处理,最后保存在超低温中(液氮、干冰)的技术.近年来该技术随着马冷冻精液在许多国家马匹繁殖育种中逐渐应用而得到了较好的发展.作者综述了马精液冷冻保存技术的精液稀释、离心、再稀释、降温平衡、分装剂型、降温冷冻、液氮保存的研究进展,旨在对马精液冷冻保存技术的进一步研究提供一定的参考,以期推动中国现代马业的健康可持续发展.
