上海市对动物及其产品入沪通道的监管

摘要

In order to improve the supervision activities over the entry of animals and animal products into Shanghai, 8 entry routes were designated. In the paper,suggestions were proposed on rising the access level,strengthening the law-enforcement assurance and refining the law-enforcement regulations with regard to the infrastructures,staff management and control on the entry routes.%为进一步做好动物及其产品入沪监管工作，本文就上海市指定八条入沪通道后，在基础建设、人员管理、道口监管等方面所采取的措施，提出了提高准入水平、加强执法保障、细化执法规范等建议。
