上海市每年消费的动物产品近80%由外省市供应。据统计2015年供沪家畜331.65万头（只），年均途亡死猪约600头。笔者介绍了途亡动物收集、储存体系及处理程序，提出了途亡动物监管存在的四项主要问题，并针对存在的问题，提出了加强法律制度建设、建设动物健康状况追踪反馈信息平台、制订动物运输技术标准及完善动物福利立法等四项建议。%Given the situation that 80% of the animal products consumed in Shanghai are from other provinces and cities,and in the year of 2015,among the 3.316 5 million livestock and poultry introduced from outside of Shanghai, 600 pigs died in transportation,analysis was made towards this status. In order to improve the supervision activities over animals died on the way to Shanghai, dead animals collecting,storing and treating system,as well as four major problems about supervision of dead animals in transportation were introduced. Aiming at the present problems,four suggestions were proposed,which included strengthening legislation,setting up information platform of animal health tracking system,standardizing animal transportation technology and perfecting legislation for animal welfare.
