新疆石河子地区对猪圆环病毒2型抗体水平的检测与分析

摘要

In order to understand the immune antibody levels of porcine circovirus-2 (PCV2) in pig farms sur-rounding Shihezi,Xinjiang and make reasonable and effective immunization programs,726 serum samples were col-lected from 13 farms and tested for antibody using indirect ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit. The results showed that the overall positive rate in pigs was 98.08%and the antibody levels of all the farms were more than 80%;the farms with 100%antibody level accounted for 61.54%of all farms. The overall antibody levels in boars, sows,fattening pigs,piglets were all over 95%;the fattening pigs had the lowest antibody level of only 95.15%.The results were useful to understand the immune antibody level of porcine circovirus in Shihezi region and to provide refer-ences in working out reasonable control measures and immunization programs.%为了解新疆石河子周边猪场猪圆环病毒2型（PCV）免疫抗体整体水平，并制定合理有效的免疫程序，采集石河子周边13个养殖场共726份猪的血清，采用间接ELISA（酶联免疫吸附试验）试剂盒进行分析。检测结果表明，整体猪群阳性率整体水平为98.08%，猪场的抗体水平均在80%以上，抗体水平为100%的猪场占猪场总数的61.54%。同时，种公猪、母猪、育肥猪、种公猪的抗体的整体水平均达到95%以上，而育肥猪抗体水平最低，为95.15%。该结果能够进一步了解石河子周边地区猪场圆环病毒抗体的免疫整体水平，为制定合理的治疗措施和免疫程序提供参考。
