乌鲁木齐市达坂城区人感染布鲁氏菌病危险因素调研

摘要

Objective]To study the brucellosis risk factors in human population in Daban district,Urumqi and to pro-vide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies for brucellosis.[Methods]A total of 238 sheep farm/ household (herdsman) were randomly sampled for a questionnaire survey and a general questionnaire survey was conducted among the staff of Daban animal husbandry and veterinary station. [Results]Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that not sterilizing in farms and barns(P=0.006),no grazing(P=0.002),lack of knowledge of the pre-vention and control of brucellosis(P=0.036) and picking lambs or slaughtering sheep without gloves(P<0.001) were risk factors for brucellosis. [Conclusion]The awareness of brucellosis should be strengthened and the misbehaviors should be corrected so as to prevent and control brucellosis spreading between human and livestock effectively.%[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市达坂城区人感染布鲁氏菌病的危险因素，并为制定布鲁氏菌病防控策略提供科学依据。[方法]随机抽取达坂城区238个羊养殖场/户（牧户）进行问卷调查，并对达坂城区畜牧兽医站人员进行总体情况问卷调查，用logistic回归进行危险因素分析。[结果]多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，场内和圈舍内不消毒（P=0.006），不放牧（P=0.002），对布病防控知识不了解（P=0.036），接羔、宰羊不带手套（P＜0.001）是人感染布鲁氏菌病的危险因素。[结论]建议在达坂城区加强布鲁氏菌病防控知识的宣传，改变人们的不良行为，有效防控人畜间布鲁氏菌病的发生。
