中美城市社区自治比较研究——以上海、纽约为例

社区自治是现代城市管理科学化的重要途径，是城市和谐社会的根本保障。纽约市社区自治管理成熟，各部门分工明确，协调共进，各司其职，社区服务获得居民首肯。上海社区自治伊始，管理模式有待完善。比较中美城市社区自治，从中吸取一些有益的经验，为上海市完善社区自治提供一些借鉴。%Community self - governance is an important road to scientific governance of modern cities and a guarantee for a harmonious society. This paper makes comparative studies of the community self - governance between Shanghai and New York City and tries to provide some implications for the community self- governance in Shanghai.
