Directions:1.Wash the lamb chop clean and cut into chunks,and put in a bowl.Add in some light soy sauce and potato starch,and knead and mix with the hand.Marinate for 10 minutes.2.Add enough oil to the wok and put in the lamb chops to deep-fry for about 1-2 minutes until the surface turns into a golden color.Ladle out onto a dish.
