采用不同培养基对女贞子的胚进行培养,并对其幼苗的叶片和嫩茎进行愈伤组织诱导.结果表明,在胚的萌发诱导中,以MS+1.00 mg·L-1 6-BA培养时,女贞子幼苗的叶长和根长最长;以MS+1.50 mg·L-1 6-BA培养时,女贞子幼苗的茎高最高;MS+1.50 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.30 mg·L-1 2,4-D最利于幼苗叶片产生愈伤组织,诱导率高,且质地致密;MS+2.00 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.10~0.15 mg·L-1NAA最利于幼苗嫩茎产生愈伤组织,所形成的愈伤组织呈浅黄色,且质地致密,生长良好.%Different culture media were used to conduct the germination of immature embryos of Ligustrum lucidum and the callus induction of leaf and stem of its seedling. The results showed that, for embryo's germination induction, the length of leaf and root of seedling was the longest by MS+1. 00 mg· L-1 6-BA, and the height of stem of seedling was the largest by MS+1.50 mg· L-1 6-BA. MS+1. 50 mg· L-1 6-BAd+0.30 mg·L-12,4-D was the best culture medium for seedling's leaf producing callus, which had dense texture and the inductivity was high; MS+2.00 mg· L-1 6-BA+0.10~0.15 mg· L-1 NAA was the best culture medium for seedling's stem producing callus, which was light yellow and had well grown dense texture.
