卷枝毛霉发酵产壳聚糖酶的条件优化

摘要

以壳聚糖为诱导物,诱导卷枝毛霉产生壳聚糖酶,并对产酶条件进行了优化.通过单因素实验确定最佳产酶条件为:壳聚糖浓度0.8g·L-1、培养温度40℃、培养基pH值5.5、培养时间84 h、摇床转速180 r·min-1.%Using chitosan as inducer,the fermentation conditions of Mucor circinelloides for producing chitinase were optimized in ihis paper. Through single factor experiment, the optimum fermentation conditions for producing chitinase were obtained as follows:chitosan concentration 0. 8 g · L-1 .culture temperature 40 ℃ ,pH value of culture medium 5. 5,culture time 84 h,rotation speed 180 r · Min-1.
