在测定不动杆菌(Acinetobacter sp.)Asp16菌株链霉素最低杀菌浓度的基础上,对菌株进行UV和60Co诱变处理后,利用链霉素抗性平板筛选获得1株遗传性能稳定、高转化甘油产1,3-二羟基丙酮的突变株Asr168,将突变株在5.0g·L-1酵母膏、140.0g·L-1甘油、7.0 g·L-1 CaCO3组成的发酵培养基中于30℃、250 r·min-1摇床培养50 h,1,3-二羟基丙酮的产量达到136 g·L-1,比出发菌株提高200%.表明通过UV和60Co诱变,结合链霉素抗性平板筛选,可大幅提高不动杆菌转化甘油产1,3-二羟基丙酮的能力.%Based on determination of Acinetobacter sp. Asp 16 streptomycin minimal bactericidal concentrations mutant strain Asrl68 with high-production of dihydroxyacetone (DHA) and stable genetic performance was screened by UV and 60Co irradiation combining drug-resistance technique.
