以半乳糖为原料,常压下硫酸催化水解制备乙酰丙酸,探讨了半乳糖浓度、反应温度、反应时间、硫酸浓度等对乙酰丙酸产率的影响.结果表明,硫酸催化水解制乙酰丙酸的最优反应条件为:半乳糖浓度0.4 mol·L-1、反应温度130℃、反应时间60 min、硫酸浓度3.5 mol·L-1,在此条件下,乙酰丙酸产率最高达到64.2%.%Using sulfuric acid as catalyst,levulinic acid was prepared by galactose hydrolysis at atmospheric pressure. The effects of galactose concentration,reaction temperature, reaction time and sulfuric acid concentration on the yield of levulinic acid were investigated. The results showed that the highest yield of levulinic acid was 64. 2% under the following optimal conditions:galactose concentration of 0. 4 mol ? L-1,reaction temperature of 130℃,reaction time of 60 min,sulfuric acid concentration of 3. 5 mol ? L-1.
