在裸玻碳电极上制备得到了DNA/单壁碳纳米管/聚多巴胺复合膜修饰电极(DNA/SWNTs/PDA/GCE).研究了呋喃唑酮在该修饰电极上的电化学行为及其与DNA的相互作用机理.结果表明:呋喃唑酮与DNA通过静电结合形成非导电复合物,该复合物阻碍了电极界面电子传输;该修饰电极对呋喃唑酮氧化还原具有明显的电催化作用,可用于呋喃唑酮的定量测定,具有快速、简单和灵敏等优点.%A DNA/SWNTs/poly dopamine composite film modified electrode (DNA/SWNTs/PDA/GCE) was fabricated by electropolymerization. Electrochemical properties of furazolidone and its interaction with DNA at DNA/SWNTs/PDA/GCE were explored by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The results showed that non-conductive composite was formed by electrostatic binding of DNA and furazolidone, and the composite obstructed the electrode interface electronic transmission. In addition,the modified electrode provided significant catalytic effect to oxidation-reduction of furazolidone, and could be used to the quantitative determination of furazolidone with the advantages of rapid,simple and sensitive.
