β-(2,3-Dihydroxynaphthyl-9-crown-3)-5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl porphyrins were synthesized with β-(2,3-dihydroxynaphthyl)-5,10,15-20-tetraphenyl porphyrin and its copper(II ) complex as raw materials,and their structures were characterized by UV-Vis,IR,MS and1 HNMR.The producing singlet oxygen ability,the cleavage on plasmid pBR322 DNA and the interaction with DNA of the crown ether porphyrins were explored.The results showed that,the crown ether porphyrins had remarkable ability of producing singlet oxygen and DNA cleavage effect,and they acted with DNA in an external self-accumulation mode.%以2,3-二羟基萘基四苯基卟啉及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物为原料制备了一类新型9-冠-3-四苯基卟啉,通过紫外可见吸收光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱等测试手段对冠醚卟啉进行结构表征,研究了冠醚卟啉产生单线态氧的能力、与DNA的相互作用及其对pBR322质粒DNA的切割.结果表明,冠醚卟啉具有明显的产生单线态氧的能力;与DNA的相互作用模式为外部自堆积;对DNA有较明显的切割效果.
