7-(4-氰苯)偶氮-10-羟基苯并喹啉的合成及对 F-的裸眼识别研究

     

摘要

An azo compound 7-(4-cyanophenyl)azo-10-hydroxybenzo[h]quinoline(host Ⅰ)was synthesized. The effects of anions such as F- ,Cl- ,Br- ,I- ,Ac- and HSO-4 on ultraviolet absorption spectrum and color of host Ⅰ solution were investigated.Recognition mechanism was studied by 1 HNMR titration experiment.Re-sults indicated that,host Ⅰ could selectively bind to F- .When proper dosage of F- was added,the color of the solution changed from yellow to purple,and then naked eye recognition of F- achieved.The hybrid solution pro-duced a new absorption peak,and equal absorption points indicated the host Ⅰ-F- complex was formed with a certain ratio.There was a linear relationship between the absorbance intensity of the system and the concentra-tion of F- in a certain range.%合成了偶氮化合物7-(4-氰苯)偶氮-10-羟基苯并喹啉(主体Ⅰ),研究了不同阴离子(F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、Ac-、HSO-4)对主体Ⅰ紫外吸收光谱及溶液颜色的影响,并通过1 HNMR 滴定实验对识别机理进行了探讨。结果表明,主体Ⅰ可以选择性识别 F-:加入适量的 F-后,溶液颜色由黄色(主体Ⅰ的颜色)变成了紫红色(主体-F-配合物的颜色),说明主体Ⅰ能够裸眼识别 F-;主体Ⅰ的紫外吸收光谱中生成了新的吸收峰;等吸收点表明主体 I 与 F-是以一定的配比形成了新的配合物;吸收峰的强度与 F-浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系。
