吲哚-2-酮类衍生物的合成

摘要

以苯胺类衍生物为起始原料，先经 Sandmeyer合成得到靛红类衍生物，再经水合肼还原得到系列吲哚-2-酮类衍生物：7-氯吲哚-2-酮、5-氯吲哚-2-酮、5-甲基吲哚-2-酮和5-溴吲哚-2-酮，产率分别为52.1％、49.8％、59.3％和65.2％。%Using aniline derivatives as raw materials,isatin derivatives were prepared by Sandmeyer synthe-sis.Then a series of indole-2-ketone derivatives such as 7-chloroindol-2-ketone,5-chloroindol-2-ketone,5-meth-ylindol-2-ketone and 5-bromoindol-2-ketone were synthesized by reduction with hydrazine.The yield of these in-dole-2-ketone derivatives were 52.1%,49.8%,59.3%,65.2%,respectively.
