反相微乳法合成纳米级硫酸掺杂聚苯胺及其吸附性能的研究

     

摘要

采用环己烷/己醇/Triton-X-100/水微乳液体系,基于反相微乳法合成了纳米级硫酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANI-H2 SO4),通过SEM、FTIR对产物进行了结构表征,研究了PANI-H2 SO4对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.结果表明,PANI-H2SO4的表面疏松多孔,具有类似海绵状的结构;在50 mL Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为50 mg·L-1的K2Cr2O7溶液中,当PANI-H2 SO4(硫酸与苯胺物质的量比为1.2:1)用量为0.150 g、溶液pH值为2、吸附温度为65℃ 、吸附时间为90 min时,PANI-H2 SO4对Cr(Ⅵ)的平均吸附率达到97.06%;动力学分析发现,该吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附行为满足准二级动力学方程.%Using cyclohexane-hexanol-Triton-X-100-water as a microemulsion system ,we synthesized nanoscaled sulfuric acid doped polyaniline (PANI-H2 SO4 ) by a reverse microemulsion method ,characterized its structure by SEM ,FTIR ,and studied the adsorption property of PANI-H2SO4 to Cr(Ⅵ) .The results show that the surface of PANI-H2 SO4 is loose and porous ,and its structure is sponge-like .The average adsorption rate reached 97 .06% in 50 mL K2 Cr2 O7 solution with Cr (Ⅵ) concentration of 50 mg · L -1 under the optimal conditions as follows :PANI-H2SO4 (molar ratio of sulfuric acid to aniline was 1 .2:1) dosage was 0 .150 g ,pH value of solu-tion was 2 ,adsorption temperature was 65 ℃ ,and adsorption time was 90 min .Kinetic analysis indicated that the adsorption process of PANI-H2 SO4 to Cr(Ⅵ) fitted the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-second order kinetic equation.
