土鳖虫不同酶解提取物的体外抑菌活性研究

摘要

采用不同酶酶解土鳖虫粉,用 Folin酚比色法测定不同酶解提取物的质量得率和肽含量;然后以金黄色葡萄球菌、白葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏杆菌为受试菌株,通过体外抑菌实验测定酶解提取物的抑菌活性.结果表明,土鳖虫胃蛋白酶酶解提取物的肽含量最高,达到36.5%;胃蛋白酶酶解提取物对3种受试菌株均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为12.5 mg·mL-1和25.0 mg·mL-1.%We enzymolyzed Eupolyphaga sinesis Wallker powder by using different enzymes,and determined the quality yield and peptide content in different enzymolysis extracts by Folin phenol colorimetry.Then,using Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus,and Escherichia coli as testing strains,we determined the antibacterial activity of enzymolysis extract by in vitro antibacterial experiment.Results indicated that the peptide content in pepsin enzymolysis extract was the highest of 36.5%.Pepsin enzymolysis extract had different degrees of antibacterial effects against three testing strains,in which the antibacterial effects against Staphylococcus aureus was the best with MIC of 12.5 mg·mL-1 and MBC of 25.0 mg·mL-1.
