将对甲酰基苯甲酸分别与氨基乙酸甲酯和4‐氨基丁酸甲酯生成酰胺后,再分别与2,3‐二甲基‐2,3‐二羟氨基丁烷进行缩合反应,最后经高碘酸钠氧化得到两种氮氧自由基与氨基酸偶联物,并通过 IR 、EPR 、EI‐MS 和元素分析对目标化合物的结构进行了表征。%Synthesis was initiated with amidation reaction between 4‐carboxybenzaldehyde and methyl glycinate or methyl 4‐aminobutyrate respectively ,followed by condensation with 2 ,3‐dimethyl‐2 ,3‐dihydroxylamino butane yield the key intermediate compound 1 and 2 ,which was subsequently subjected to oxidize by sodium periodate to generate two nitronyl nitroxide‐amino acid conjugates .The structure was characterized by IR ,EI‐MS ,EPR and elemental analysis .
