甲苯-乙二醇两相界面反应合成CdS纳米粒子

         

摘要

CdS nanopaticles were synthesized through interface reaction by using cadmium stearate and thiourea as precursors,octa-decylamine as stabilizer at the interface of toluene and ethylene glycol. The effects of reaction times,precursor concentrations and molar ratios between precursor and stabilizer on the synthesis of CdS nanoparticles were studied. The optical properties,morphology and crystalline structures for the synthesized CdS nanoparticles were determined through UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,photolumi-nescence spectroscopy,electron transmission microscopy (TEM) and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) measurements. The results show that CdS nanoparticles with apparent quantum confinement effects could be obtained by changing the reaction conditions at the interface of toluene and ethylene glycol. The obtained CdS nanoparticles couid give different exciton absorption and surface photoluminescence optical properties.%以十八胺为表面修饰剂,硬脂酸镉和硫脲为前驱物,在甲苯-乙二醇两相界面处合成了CdS纳米粒子.研究了反应时间、前驱物浓度、前驱物和表面修饰剂摩尔比等因素对合成CdS纳米粒子的影响.采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和广角X射线衍射(WAXD)等方法对CdS纳米粒子的光学性质、形貌及晶体结构进行了表征.结果表明,通过改变甲苯-乙二醇两相界面反应体系的条件,CdS纳米粒子可以给出不同波长的激子吸收及表面发光,所得到的CdS纳米粒子能够产生明显的量子尺寸效应.
