The absorption property of total flavones in Sanguis Draconi(tFSD)with D101 macroporous resin was studied with static and dynamic experiments. The static absorption curves and the breakthrough curves were fitted with equation of mathematics,and the thermodynamic data were calculated. The results showed that; (1)The adsorption behavior of D101 for tFSD obeys the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms,and adsorbing capacity was improved by addition with KC1 or NaCl. (2)The thermodynamic parameters were found to be △H>0,△G<0. The positive value of △H suggests the endothermic nature of the adsorption,the negative value of △C indicates the feasibility and spontaneity of the absorption process.%以静态和动态两种方式研究了D101大孔树脂对血竭总黄酮的吸附情况,对静态吸附曲线和动态穿透曲线进行了数学拟合,并计算了静态吸附的热力学参数,结果表明:(1)D101树脂对血竭总黄酮的吸附等温线能用Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程较好的拟合,外加KCi或NaCl能提高D101树脂对血竭总黄酮的吸附容量;(2)静态吸附过程△H>0,为吸热过程,提高温度有利于吸附的进行;吸附过程AG<0,可自发进行.
