茯苓发酵罐补料液体发酵的研究

         

摘要

Additional medium liquid fermentation in the fermentor was one kind of effective method to realize high density liquid fermentation . Influence of glucose concent ration , nitrogen concentration of additional medium and additional medium times on liquid fermentation were studied in this paper. The production of Poria cocos mycelium and exocellular polysaccharide were increased,and the finishing time of fermentor liquid fermentation was decreased through the optimal technique of fermentation.%发酵罐补料液体发酵是实现茯苓高密度液体发酵的有效发酵方式.本文探讨了补料液的葡萄糖浓度、氮源浓度及补料时间对茯苓发酵罐液体发酵的影响.最佳茯苓液体发酵工艺提高了茯苓菌丝体和胞外多糖的产量,缩短了液体发酵的时间.
