多壁碳纳米管-酰基吡唑啉酮复合膜修饰电极测定异烟肼

         

摘要

A novel modified electrode —— multi-walled carbon nanotubes and acylpyrazolone composite film modified glassy carbon electrode(MWNTs/HPMαFP/GCE) for the determination of isoniazid was pxepared. Compared to the bare GCE and MWNTs/GCE,the MWNTs/HPMαFP/GCE showed an excellent electrocatalytical effect on the oxidation of isoniazid with significant increase in the peak current. The above results indicated that a synergistic effect was existed between MWNTs and HPMαFP. Under the optimum conditions,linear calibration curve was obtained within the concentration range 5 × 10-6 to 8× 10-4 mol/L. The detection limit was l×l0-6 mol/L. This method was applied to the direct detection of isoniazid in tablet samples with satisfactory results.%报道了一种修饰电极--多壁碳纳米管-酰基吡唑啉酮复合膜修饰玻碳电极(MWNTs/HPMαFP/GCE ),研究了异烟肼在此修饰电极上的电化学行为及反应机理.与裸GCE和MWNTs/GCE相比,异烟肼在MWNTs/HPMαFP/GCE上的氧化峰电流和检测灵敏度大大提高,表明多壁碳纳米管和酰基吡唑啉酮产生了协同增效作用.在最优化条件下,氧化峰电流与异烟肼浓度在5×10-6~8×10-4mol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1×10-6mol/L.该修饰电极制作简单,可用于片剂中异烟肼含量的测定.
