超滤膜技术用于甘草总黄酮的分离纯化

摘要

本实验采用5％的乙醇溶液进行提取,以膜通量为评价指标,讨论了不同条件下膜通量的变化,确定了最优的纯化工艺,操作压力为0.6 Mp,操作温度25 ～ 30℃,操作时间30 min,提取液浓度在原浓度的基础上稀释3倍,膜过滤后总黄酮含量明显增大.%In this study,we use 5%ethanol solution extrat,using membrane flux as the evaluation,and discussed the membrane flux changes under the different conditions,determined the optimal purification,effect pressure is 0. 6Mp,effect temperature are range from 25to 30℃ .effect times is 30 min,Concentration of extract concentration on the basis of the original 3-fold dilution, After membrane filtration the total flavonoid content significantly increased.
