从反应温度、时间、催化剂的用量、催化剂的重复使用、产物的分离等方面系统研究了γ-丁内酯与甲醇的酯交换反应,得到了优化的反应条件,即,反应温度为28℃,反应时间为10h,γ-丁内酯/甲醇/Amberlyst-15为0.9∶12.5∶12.5 (V/V/m).在该反应条件下,酯交换产物的分离产率达到77%.同时考察了γ-丁内酯与其它6种醇的酯交换反应,证明了在较高反应温度下,该树脂对其它醇仍有较好的催化活性(产物的质量百分数为50%~60%).然而,随着醇体积的增大,反应的转化率逐渐下降.%The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,amount and reused times of the catalyst as well as the isolation method of transesterification products on transesterification of γ-butyrolactone with methanol were investigated systematically. The optimal reaction conditions of above reaction and good isolated yield (reacting at 28°C for l0h with γ-butyrolactone to methanol to Amber-lyst-15 of 0. 9 -12. 5 :12. 5 ( V/V/m) , yield :77% )were obtained. In the same time the transesterification of y-butyrolactone with six other alcohols was also studied and the results indicated that Amberlyst-15 ion exchange resin still exhibit moderate catalytic activity (mass percent of products:50% ~60% ) ,but the performance of the catalyst get deterioration with increase of the volume of alcohols.
