Two improvement approaches for the synthesis of 2-amino-5-cyano-N,3-dimethylbenzamide(1) ,which used thionyl chloride instead of phosgene and its derivatives was reported,Compound 1 was obtained in good yield. The influences of methylamine, reaction temperature, solvent and different pyridine derivatives on reaction were investigated.%从3-甲基氨茴酸出发,用氯化亚砜取代光气及其衍生物,通过2种不同的反应途径,高收率地合成了氰虫酰胺的关键中间体2-氨基-5-氰基-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺(1).考察了不同形态的甲胺、反应温度、溶剂以及不同的吡啶衍生物对反应的影响.
