含甘草成分的电子烟烟油开发及表征

         

摘要

In order to develop new style e-liquids,the licorice root were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction,and the ex-traction process was optimized. The optimal conditions were as follows:extraction temperature:60℃,pressure:400bar,dynamic ex-traction:30min,static extraction:30min,entrainer:absolute ethyl alcohol,entrainer flow rate:0. 2mL · min-1 ,injection time:20min. The new style functional e-liquids were confected by the extract liquor. The smoking experiment showed that the extract liq-uor could reduce irritation and improve smoking taste effectively. The volatile chemical constituents of the extract liquor was separa-ted and identified by headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME),followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The results indicated that①63 main volatile components in the e-liquids were analyzed and the main components were hy-drocarbons,alkenes,ketones and esters.② The maximum relative standard deviations(RSDs)of peak area was 16. 8%,the mini-mum was 1. 0%and the average was 3. 79%at three times experiment.③The most important volatile component was 2,6-Bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-(1-oxopropyl)phenol and the other flavors were 2',6'-Dihydroxyacetophenone,bis(trimethylsilyl)ether,2-heptyl-4-methyl-1,3-Dioxolane,α-copaene,pentadecane and phytol. It aims providing a referenced method and technical basis to the study about preparation and characterization of new style functional e-liquids.%为了开发新型电子烟烟油,采用超临界CO2流体对甘草粉末进行萃取,并对萃取工艺进行了优化。最佳萃取条件为:萃取温度60℃,萃取压力400bar,动态萃取30min,静态萃取30min,夹带剂为无水乙醇,以0.2mL·min-1的速度,持续加入20min。将萃取液作为电子烟烟油的基质,配制功能性的电子烟烟油,并对其进行评吸,感官评吸佳。将萃取液进行HS-SPME-GC/MS表征,结果表明:①萃取液共分离鉴别出63种化合物,其中含量较高的是烃、烯、酮、酯类化合物。②萃取液重复3次试验,组分峰面积RSD的最大值为16.8%,最小为1.0%,平均值为3.79%,重现性好。③甘草萃取液最主要的挥发性物质为2,6-二叔丁基-4-丙氧基苯酚,其次为双(三甲基硅烷基)酯-2',6'-二羟基苯乙酮、4-甲基-2-庚基-1,3-二氧戊烷、α-蒎烯、十五烷和叶绿醇。本实验为开发具有功效特色型电子烟烟液,为电子烟烟液调香技术人员提供技术依据和参考价值。
