柠檬酸修饰荧光碳点的合成及对中草药r总黄酮的检测

     

摘要

Fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)was prepared using mannose as carbon source with pyrolysis method and it was modified with citric acid. The properties of CDs were characterized by fluorescence,infrared spectroscopy(IR)and ultraviolet method,the morphology characteristics of CDs was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results shown that the fluorescence excitation and emission wavelength were at 381nm/475nm,respectively. The fluorescence quantum yield was 0. 89,the average di-ameter of the CDs was 2. 9nm. The IR showed that the CDs contained carboxyl and hydroxyl groups on its surface. The rutin has se-lective quenching effects on fluorescence of CDs,CDs can be used for detection and analysis of rutin in samples. The method was used to total flavonoids determination for Chinese herbal medicine at pH=6 reaction conditions,the linear range of 5. 6×10-8 ~6. 0 ×10-5 mol·L-1 with detection limit of 4. 6×10-9mol·L-1,the recovery was in the range of 98% ~105%.%以甘露糖为原料,采用热解法制备了荧光碳点,加入柠檬酸修饰碳点.用荧光、红外及紫外光谱表征了碳点性质,透射电镜(TEM)观察了碳点的形貌特征.结果表明,荧光激发和发射波长分别为381nm/475nm,荧光量子产率为0.89,碳点平均直径为2.9nm,红外(IR)光谱表明碳点表面有羧基和羟基等活性官能团.由于芦丁对荧光碳点具有选择性猝灭作用,可以用于样品中芦丁的分析检测.在pH=6反应条件下,方法用于中草药总黄酮测定,其线性范围为5.6×10-8~6.0×10-5 mol·L-1,检出限为4.6×10-9mol·L-1,回收率在98%~105%之间.
