The water soluble and amino functionalized carbon quantum dots ( CDs) with excellent fluorescence performance was prepared by a novel one step synthesis method.The size of CDs is homogeneous and about 3.5 nm.The fluorescent inten-sity of CDs changed with the concentration of amino group, reaction temperature and pH value.In the optimal condition, the fluorescence quantum yield of CDs reached 59%.On the basis of the significant quenching effect of mercury(Ⅱ) ion on CDs fluorescence intensity, this novel CDs was found to be a high selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for the detection of mer-cury(Ⅱ) ions with a detection limit as 8.8 ×10-6 mol /L.%通过巧妙地改进合成步骤,快速简便地合成出了性能优异的碳点。优化了不同实验条件包括柠檬酸与聚乙烯亚胺的比例,溶液pH值,碳点浓度,反应时间等对碳点性能的影响。新方法所合成碳点在紫外灯下亮度明显增强,量子荧光产率得到大幅度提高。电镜表征结果表明胺基功能化碳点分散性好,粒径均匀。基于Hg(Ⅱ)离子对碳点荧光明显的猝灭效应建立了汞离子分析新方法,汞离子浓度在1.0×10-5~1.0×10-3 mol/L范围内与碳点荧光猝灭强度成良好的线性关系,检测限为(3σ)为8.8×10-6 mol/L.
