在水体系下,一步法可控制备单分散、粒度分布均一、粒径为0.5~2μm的二氧化硅微球,并且表面覆盖大量的巯基,巯基密度能够达到0.7μmol·g-1,利用巯基-烯光点击化学反应特性,在365 nm紫光灯照射下,敞开水溶液中,二氧化硅微球表面的巯基受光子激发,形成自由基,与烯烃双键发生亲核加成反应,完成微球末端官能团的修饰.该修饰方法具有简单、可控性强、无副产物、绿色的特点,适合应用于医药领域.%In water solution,SiO2 microspheres with narrow size distribution and monodisperse were synthesized in one step. There was so much thiol group on the surface of SiO2 microspheres,and the thiol group density was about 0. 7 μmol·g-1 . Under 365 nm UV light,thiol was excited and formed free radicals,which reacted with double bonds of alkenes. Finally,the terminated group of mi-crosphere surface was translated into carboxyl. Compared with other modification of group,this method was easy,no byproducts, green,and suitable for the field of medicine.
